Your portfolio is the key to everything. If it's great, the best creative opportunities, compensation, and gross-fish-egg crackers on yachts in Cannes will all be yours.
But if it's mediocre, you'll be left eating a Cheezy Gordita on a bike in Baltimore.

Getting detailed feedback on my portfolio from a W+K creative director 3-years into my career was what allowed me to make the changes to my portfolio that launched my career.

Andy Laugenour is a human being first and foremost. Second and nextmost, he spent over ten years working at Wieden and Kennedy in Portland as a copywriter and creative director. During those ten-plus years, he got to work with some incredibly talented people and made some award-winning work on accounts like Old Spice, KFC, TurboTax, and Samsung. Lastly, Andy does not know how to end this bio.

Bagley spent over 16 years at Wieden + Kennedy Portland, including 3.5 years as co-Chief Creative Officer. He and his talented teams created iconic campaigns for Nike, Old Spice, KFC, Coke, Meow Wolf, Supercell, P&G, Samsung, and more. Before leading the office, Jason helped transform the outdated Old Spice brand into the category’s definitive leader, creating some of the most popular advertising campaigns in history. His work has won multiple Emmys, Cannes Lion Grands Prix, D&AD Black Pencils, and Best of Show at virtually every award show.

Matt Sorrell spent 9 years at Wieden+Kennedy Portland as a creative director and art director. At W+K he had the honor and privilege of leading and creating culturally-impactful, award-winning and sometimes stupid work for brands like Old Spice, Meow Wolf and Supercell. Before that he did award-winning work at lots of big agencies on lots of big brands like BBDO and Foot Locker or Chiat Day and Starburst.

Your chosen W+K CD will give you feedback and action items in each of the following categories

You’ll learn what they think are the best pieces in your portfolio, and why.

Most portfolios have work that’s hurting more than it’s helping. They will help you identify those pieces and explain why you should lose them.

Is there a clear and interesting creative voice coming through in all your work? If not, they will suggest what you can do about it.

Regardless of the style of work, how close have you pushed each piece to the edge of madness, and what can you do to get it closer to that edge? You’ll get specific feedback on how to push both the concepts and executions further.

They will identify if there are any types of work or executions that are missing, and suggest ways to fill that gap.

You never know exactly what you will get when you offer up your work on the golden platter of scrutiny. Be brave, we want you to succeed and will tell you whatever we think will help you do that.

WHAT IF MY PORTFOLIO ISN'T GREAT YET?

Almost no ones portfolio is where they want it to be, that’s the whole point of a great review! It isn’t just to help you see what’s working, and what’s not working. The real magic is learning exactly WHY each piece is, or isn’t working, and getting a super clear roadmap of how to get it to the next level.

Are you ready to kick open the doors of creative opportunity?
